Refund Policy
At Under Pressure Residential and Commercial Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality soft washing and exterior cleaning services with care and professionalism. If you are not completely satisfied with the service you receive, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can make it right.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If there is an issue with the quality of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address the problem at no additional cost, where appropriate.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed upon
- We are unable to fulfill the scheduled service due to our own error or scheduling issue
- A return visit did not resolve a clearly documented service issue
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances: We do not offer refunds for:

- Services already completed to industry standards
- Missed appointments due to customer unavailability or lack of access to the property
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service
4. Deposits: If a deposit is required for a specific service or large project, it may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
